I'm at a fantastic webinar on the Politics and Practices of University Exclusion, sharing findings from #SocialResearch with/led by marginalised researchers in universities - beginning with a research project on LGBT+ staff on the rainbow lanyard & experiences of support/exclusion in universities. Talks coming up from racially minoritised & disabled researchers on their work/networks. One theme coming through is the extra labour of #MarginalisedResearchers that #Academia relies on from them but doesn't compensate. Another is a lack of accountability e.g. when trying to navigate anonymous systems.
