A few days back, I posted some #AnimatedGifs of the exact solution for a large-amplitude undamped, unforced #Pendulum. I then thought to complete the study to include the case when it has been fed enough #energy to allow it just to undergo #FullRotations, rather than just #oscillations. Well, it turns out that it is “a bit more complicated than I first expected” but I finally managed it.

Hard second on this. I have both the focus difficulties from repeating images and the seizure trigger elements. Sometimes even the most mundane repeating image can be what tips me over into a seizure.
I have so many tricks to help me partially participate but it's always partial and the exclusion of that is wearing.
I can now see #AnimatedGifs here on #Mastodon! & my timeline is full of vibrant images rather than depressing black boxes. I think the issue was at my instance, in which case thank you @mastodonadmin for fixing.
I'm glad this prompted me to "Open original page" every time as I only then realised that this is the way in which to see all replies, but am now delighted to see the range of past posts grouped together in full-colour on the profile page @RebeccaRHelm & look forward to future delights!

What tools do people use to make create & edit #AnimatedGifs?
I recently bought #ClipStudioPaint because I wanted to mess around with some #ImageEditing ideas.
It can export gifs, but apparently can't import them.
I've seen online gif creating & editing tools, but I'd really like something that I can mess around with on Windows.
