A basic, almost essential thing, that all people who post videos of themselves talking online should consider first and foremost is if we can hear them. Lots of videos out there with bad audio quality. I guess this is akin to posting a blog post where the text is blurry or they are trying to show you something and the video or photo resolution is somehow less than 144p but stretched to something bigger.

I don't even post video and I know enough to wear a mic or do a quality check.

Hi does anyone here use a Zoom H1 Essentials recorder. It has an input marked mic/line but when I feed a line signal into it I get the sound plus a click afterwards. It doesn't happen if I feed a mic level signal. So it seems this is something to do with the different levels. Thoughts?

So I guess I need a pad/attenuator. Anyone know one that uses a 3.5mm jack that I can get in Europe?

Ieri tanto setup per microfonare ognuno dei componenti del quartetto #Jazz cui partecipo e alla fine io non mettevo la pinza sulla tromba, e il microfono della batteria era troppo lontano...

Non è facile fare tutto da sé, ma quando uno è hacker è hacker !

La prossima volta mi sa che non microfono nessuno e proviamo a fare lo streaming con un solo microfono "ambientale" (ma io ho solo quelli dinamici a gelato, potranno fare al caso mio ?)

Y’all, we just discovered a weird thing on #iphone. If you send someone an sms, leave the message app open and put it in your pocket, it will automatically start recording audio. This makes it incredibly easy to accidentally send audio, as the stop button and send button are in the same place, the close button is on the left.
