Um ano após adotarem a semana de trabalho de quatro dias, empresas brasileiras participantes de um experimento relataram aumento de produtividade, engajamento e bem-estar dos funcionários. Os resultados são do relatório piloto divulgado nesta semana sobre a redução da jornada de trabalho no Brasil.

19 empresas brasileiras realizaram o projeto nos estados do Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Minas Gerais e Paraná, coordenado pela 4 Day Week Global (Semana de Quatro Dias Global, em tradução livre) em parceria com a Reconnect Happiness At Work, especializada em felicidade no trabalho.

Após um ano de teste, o expediente foi reduzido para cerca de 35 horas semanais. O modelo adotado foi o 100-80-10, que significa: pagamento integral do salário, trabalhando 80% do tempo e mantendo 100% da produtividade
