Ah yes, #KDE #KF5 #kio update, which changed the names of some #Qt5 kio plugins, only someone forgot to tell #Dolphin and #Kate
Fixed temporarily by soft-linking trash.so (original name) to kio_trash.so (new name) and file.so (old name) to kio_file.so (new name) amongst others.
Fun times...
