The landscape is flat and sandy to the horizon, where a few dune-shaped sit behind a distant terracotta village. In the foreground, a handful of sheep and goats are spread out over a golden sandy field, and a man in a dark djellaba walks along a path to inspect them. In the middle of the image, a few trees along the A3 road offer shade to a handful of cars driving south. In an otherwise clear blue sky, a few rogue Cirrus fibratus float across the top of the image.
