In Deutschland wäre eine solche Blockade des Dienstes nicht möglich. Geschädigte müssen ihre Rechte selbst durchsetzen. Dass es widerrechtlich ist, ohne Einvernehmen sexualisierte oder gar pornografische Bilder oder Videos von existierenden Personen zu verbreiten, steht außer Frage. Allerdings gibt es kein Gesetz, das genau auf die Verbreitung von künstlichen Bildern, also von KI-Deepfakes, zugeschnitten ist.

Musk is doing the bare minimum (no pun intended) to deflect legal action over GROK's nudes and we should not fall for it. Geoblocking can be circumvented with a VPN, LLMs it is known can be easily tricked into dropping safety rules, and the statement only seems to refer to images of natural people and not AI fakes.

I was thinking the same thing today, the new Grok Rules refer to 'real people' which does not stop people generating nude images of AI generated people from a mix of other images.

On the surface, you don't really notice this, until you think about it in a deeper.

No. Absolutely not. This is an idiotic comparison. Non-consensual sexualised images of women and children are created by adults, for adults. Children being absent does sweet blue fuckall to prevent it. This is a platform accountability problem, not a “kids shouldn’t be here” one. #BanX

We don't ask nightclubs to serve orange squash to kids so they can have something to drink. We say no kids in nightclubs.
Social media is exactly the same.
Social media is not a safe for children.
Extreme content is rife, and the safeguards the companies have put in place are complex and woefully ineffective.
It's time to make sure children are protected from adult spaces. The Government should focus on what matters, not banning companies they don't like.

@eunews this can’t happen soon enough. Musk is a toxic person who is intent on making the world a worse place in his vision. I deleted my account after the announcement of Musk’s acquisition, but in 2026 I don’t understand what not horrible people are on that platform. #banx #ban_x_in_eu
