I've got an idea for which I need to find/scrape other keywords from scientific papers matched by one of keywords. I have only once did search via PoP (https://harzing.com/resources/publish-or-perish), but I don't see the other keywords in the results.
I checked the scholar package for R (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/scholar/index.html), but I don't see what I'm looking for there.
What tool would you recommend for that?

Indeed a collegial decision making, from the setup of panels to their debates and the final decision, matters even more than the criteria used to evaluate science and scientists.
Still, it's good that the criteria are not reduced to a #bibliometric measure—this leads to crazy #paperMill systems.
I'm not sure though the evolutions described for #Spain are nearly enough, that's just adding other sources of "bonus points" on a #bibliometry driven basis.
Anybody interested in academic #journals and #bibliometry? The Polish Ministry of Higher Education just published an updated version of its scoring list for journals. Antiquity is still 200 points and Fornvännen is still 40.
I recently discovered that Google Scholar includes student term papers in its citation database. Colleagues who have published little but who have supervised a lot of term papers have super high citation scores.

Polish universities are really focused on evaluation by #bibliometry, that is, services that count citations and assign scores to scholars and journals.
My colleagues in Łódź and I are well aware of the criticism against this imperfect and often unfair system. But there's a side to bibliometry that is *super valuable* to me.
