Letzt Woche war der erst Stammtisch der #CLCA in Wien (parallel auch in Graz). Thema war Corporate Learning in Zeiten von AI.
Mein Eindruck ähnelt der Studie von Donald Taylor:
- Es dominiert der ängstliche Diskurs über die Auswirkungen.
- Die Anwendungen liegen vorerst in der Effizenzsteigerung und in der Content Erstellung.
- Allerdings wird das erst der Anfang sein!
