I'm trying to get my new phone working with my (16 years) old car. The phone is a Pixel 8a running GrapheneOS. The car is a Mercedes SLK.
The car detects the presence of the phone, but then wants me to enter a PIN supplied by the phone. I'm assuming that the phone should detect the pairing request, and show me (a) the car and (b) a PIN, but it's not.
Anyone got any ideas on how to debug this? (Or even if it's possible any more).
