This kitten still needs a home. We're starting to get resigned to the idea that we'll have to figure out how to raise the cue member of the species-killing invasive species here: coming up with ideas to convert the stove-wood apple-boxes into a 3-story cat-cage for the kitten then slaps some DIY wood together later with chicken wire for a large cat cage. It would be better if a cat person that needs a cat would come over and fall in love with Dexter (er... Milky Way)... We did start getting Maron The Shiba and MilkyWay the Kitten used to each other.. But it's been to rainy and wet to run out and get a Silky for chicken-acclimation... And hopefully someone will take the little predator off our hands..

Though during the river walk I was thinking I should learn to catch some of the big fish and things for pet food. It would cut down on the packaging and shopping waste (and money) for the feed.
