I'm sorry to the Danish band, TV-2, as I didn't listen to much of what they were singing today.

Anyone who knows me, knows that trying to hold a conversation with me when in a forest or a place where I can see waves, is a no go, as both sends me into my Zen place, totally void of anything, just switched off, happy.

Today's run was through forest with views of the sea, waves, beach and cliffs. I just wanted to stay and keep running.

Alas, we had to do shopping and the farmer started to crop spray in the field right next to us and we where down wind. So, we sadly left the place in a bit of a hurry with all the windows open, gag!
