Toni #Comin was elected to the European Parliament over a year ago, but #Spain insists that he can not take his seat until he comes to Madrid and swears loyalty to the Spanish Constitution. The loyalty ceremony is a recent invention designed to exclude Comin (and President #Puigdemont) as they would be arrested immediately if they set foot in Spain.
