Zum Tagesausklang habe ich einen entspannten Track ca. aus dem Jahr 2000 ausgewählt.
Pia Lund, die zu der Zeit Phillipp Boas Voodooclub verlassen hatte, veröffentlichte ihre Version des damals aktuellen Songs "Propaganda" der norwegischen Band Briskeby. Dazu gab es einen Remix vom Lado- Künstler Turner, der gerade mit seinem Titel "Been Out" bekannter wurde.
Diesen Mix aller drei Zutaten mag ich immer noch.

Here's an anomaly - 40 years ago this week Strawberry Switchblade were promoting their single, an electropop cover of Jolene. They mimed to it on BBC TV's kids' show Cheggers Plays Pop.
Thing is, it's a unique version - this isn't the 7" mix, the 12" mix, nor the BBC radio session version from a year earlier.
