Update vom Glasfaserausfall bei der #dg
Soeben mal wieder mein tägliches Gespräch mit dem Kundenservice erledigt.
Nachdem ich eine halbe Stunde warten musste, bis ich endlich durchgestellt wurde, hat mich der Mitarbeiter dermaßen zugelabert, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe.
Musste mir fast mit Gewalt erkämpfen, auch mal was sagen zu dürfen.
Mittlerweile werde ich wahrscheinlich wegen meiner renitenten Anrufe extra lange in der Leitung gehalten und an den „Spezialmitarbeiter“ weitergeleitet.
Nur der #Glasfaseranschluss funktioniert immer noch nicht. Schönes Wochenende liebe DG ...
