Part of the issue is original #DealOrNoDeal UK is probably one of the best game shows of all time anywhere. It was one of those basically-perfect game shows we rarely get. In a vacuum ITV’s is fine but when compared to the last version a few years ago, and the comparison is unavoidable, it suffers
The offers on #DealOrNoDeal UK are *insanely* frustrating. They really do not want anyone to win and if anyone does win it will be a complete fluke because of a pretty poor decision by a contestant. Like almost today.

It would be nice on #DealOrNoDeal UK if they at least pretended they wanted people to go all the way. The offers right now are so blatantly begging people to never go to the end so ITV doesn’t have to give away the big prizes.
Yesterday’s episode of #DealOrNoDeal UK was great and it’s not that the big money necessarily makes for the best games of Deal. But when there’s no middle ground really between big and small, it becomes a slog to make it through the hour often.
