The folks in Acapulco and surrounding areas a in serious state of recovery after hurricane #Otis went from what everyone was forecasting to be only a Tropical Storm -- increased to Category 5 in less than 24 hours - with one 80 mph JUMP in 12 hours.
Images starting to come out and it is devastation.
No one prepared for a hurricane of even a Category 1... much less one of the strongest hurricanes - Category 5.
