A #griefcase, #doombox etc
For day 638 of the #HobbyStreak I pulled Cypher out of the DOOMbox and finally finished him!

Another DOOMBOX find, these belong to some Dreadnoughts I built for Heresy, never needed these weapons (pretty sure the ranged ones aren’t in Heresy) so never finished them until now

An open web technology RSS delivers new posts right to your doombox without everything else that social media provides.
A feed I particularly like is Keith Baker’s website, which includes both Patreon and free posts.

I'm not sure if it's satisfying to discover there is a word for the bizarre habit you have, like "good i'm not the only one" or if it's bad that so many people do this that that's a bad thing in itself.
*Doom Box* (bag/pile/etc) is when you dump things in a box, rather than sort/ tidy properly.
Didn't
Organise
Only
Moved
I've been #DoomBox ing since long before it was a tiktok trend.
A link to #Facebook I know. Gross. But this is what its like #livingwithadhd. I touched a #DoomPile once and had a shoe thrown at me. For the #adhd uninitiated, a DoomPile or #DoomBox is "Didn't Organize, Only Moved" pile; its a pile of stuff left somewhere (usually in a very annoying place for the neurotypical) before the ADHD #neurospicy brain got distracted.
Can't touch em tho. Just cause #neurodivergent brain got distracted doesn't mean they won't ever get to it.
One of my ways for working on my ADHD doomboxes / doomrooms is to try to clean / put away / dispatch N things every time I'm in physical proximity to the doom. When things are going well, maybe N is 1, when I'm getting behind (because every time I go in there I use and leave out > N things) I just increase N. It's not a perfect system, but it helps me make progress when I can't seem to schedule a big chunk of time to deal with it in one chunk, and I never get overwhelmed by "just N things". It helped me deal with a doombox I have had for almost 10 years!
