I have a new repo for my "agentic" setup.

The purpose is to keep things simple, easy to understand and being concise. I'm not a huge fan of massive markdown files.

I have added some agent skills that fit my style of coding, leaning toward functional programming.

My favorite tool for these kind of things is Eca (Editor Code Assistant), and the repo is named "my eca config" but it's (almost) favorite-tool agnostic:

I've been experimenting with #eca on #emacs and managed to make a start on one of my TODO's which was make a useful #gnus #transient interface for me. It did have some trouble as I had to keep reporting runtime failures for fixing. With Drupal 11.3 out, we've been excited to try it out -- but kept hitting circular dependency errors blocking updates. Each site had a different dependency chain, but all of them ended up with eca_content depending on itself!

Today I took this into a debugger to discover the actual cause - symfony_mailer module, which showed up nowhere in any of the errors. https://www.drupal.org/project/symfony_mailer/issues/3564298

@penguin42 there is less direct prompting in the #eca mode as there an automatic back and forth between the llm and the #mcp tools that feed it more context. The thinking is usually hidden from you (even on the web UI) but its still happening - consuming tokens as it goes.

This is a pretty good example to demonstrate why people are often shocked at the inference cost of #vibe #coding tools. I've been playing with #eca in #emacs and gave an 81 word prompt.
