Conference is now over but it was great! I really liked meeting in-person many of the people I've had monthly/weekly meetings with for a couple of years.

My favorite presentation was Lauren Bradley's presentation on succession planning. However, there were many other good ones also.

I really wish ILS vendors would focus a bit more on a stable well-documented product and a little less on innovation. I want a product that works.
