First a strength part - strict press.
4x 3 Strict Presses at 60% 1RM. I did it with 30kg for the first two, and 32kg for the last two.

* Even Minute: 10 Bench Presses @ 30kg
First time ever doing a #wod and running. It felt ok, no weird feelings or anything! It was inside on the grass carpet, which is more dampening than the concrete outside, and shuttle runs instead of the normal 200m run.
Still, happy.
