War das #EngelseBarokScratch nicht erst vor ein paar Tagen?
Jetzt hat die Organisatie Oude Muziek schon das Motto fürs nächste Jahr angekündigt: #BiberScratch.
Ick froi mir. Aber was sollen wir singen? So viele Vokalwerke ohne großes Orchester hat der Heinrich Franz Ignaz nun auch nicht zu Papier gebracht. (Dafür aber umso schönere Instrumentalwerke.)
Kannste dir nicht ausdenken: Unser Auftritt beim #EngelseBarokScratch wird im K.F. Hein Foyer des Tivoli Vredenburg stattfinden. Wo kam ebenjener Karl Friedrich Hein her? Aus Herne. So kommt dann ein Herner zum anderen.

Well, well, well… I could finally book my night train ticket to Utrecht for #EngelseBarokScratch. Am I mad that pricing started at 100 € whereas it would have probably started at 40 € if it would've been possible to book the ticket in October?
Well. I've got the confirmation for #EngelseBarokScratch in Utrecht. I've got the scores and some audio files for rehearsal. The only thing I still can't get, is a train ticket for #NJ402. What's going on there with the #Nightjet from #XSZH to #XNAC?
T minus 88 days. It would be nice, if I could book a ticket for the #NJ402.

Ah, nevermind. #NJ402 on February the 20th cannot be booked yet. If I went a week earlier or a day later: no problem. But February 20th? No way. What’s going on there?

So… according to Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ there will be a lot of Purcell and Blow to sing at #EngelseBarokScratch and I really like that. They say there will be a preselection based on some kind of singing CV. As much as I can understand why they plan on doing that, and as much as I would have welcomed a higher level of singing at #FranseBarokScratch, as much would I prefer a more democratic approach to an already quite elitist event. It's a scratch event, not some kind of project choir.
Oh dear. Next year there will be another scratch event organized by Organisatie Oude Muziek. What used to be #FranseBarokScratch will turn into #EngelseBarokScratch and I am hyped already, even more so as it will be more convenient for me to go to Utrecht. Don't get me wrong: I really like Amsterdam, but Utrecht won me over the minute I got there.
