I have three Evo sprayers that I have used for olive oil, toasted sesame oil, and perilla oil. Now that I've moved toward a low-fat diet, I switched one sprayer to red-wine vinegar. A spritz of vinegar brightens the taste of a dish.

My wife sprays new potatoes with vinegar before roasting them in an air fryer.
