Oh my goodness, I just had a breakfast culinary delight!
It was a simple tofu scramble, with portobello mushrooms and zucchini. But this was the first time I got brave and tried adding turmeric with the spices. I had been hearing scare stories that it was dangerous for you, but I'm glad I tried.
Also, I had somehow skewed lately in my mind that meals had to have hummus all the time, and often vegenaise as well. Today I did not have those, and oh my goodness, what pops of flavors! Even my beloved mushrooms tasted out of this world!
Hopefully this meal is the catalyst to being more daring and less pattern-following (although the autistic part of my AuDHD might disagree). π
