I have to generate copy (titles, descriptions and key features) for new products that I'm working with.
We do it in what is probably an antiquated method: Using excel sheets to plug color, measurement and other data points into cells. Than other columns to the left will generate the paragraphs through sentences that call variables from the data cells.
I wish there was another way to do this, to generate the paragraphs. Excel if/then statements have thier limits. An actual "plug in data and the software will generate the text paragraphs" program would be ideal.
So many search results come back related to AI software that will write everything for you. :-/
This is me every time I chat with a process owner.
Don’t get me started on people who use their mailbox as a file management database. 😂
