Senator Padilla must sue the officers who used excessive force against him by forcing him to the ground and cuffing him. He has a bad back and can be heard telling the officer that, yet he still used excessive force. His 4th Amendment rights were violated! I hope he’s not permanently injured by their unnecessary use of force.
