Great Albums - 1970s: #LittleRiverBand – #FirstUnderTheWire (1979). Keeping it chill in Melbourne, this group fused Little Feat with Eagles harmonies, scoring two US Top-10s with “Lonesome Loser” (dare you not to sing along!) and “Cool Change” (light the campfire—so what if it’s winter!). A rootsy alternative to the bristlier sounds emanating from Oz in the 70s, this group tilled solid ground as Air Supply fired up the yacht.
