My Lego-like* model of USS Enterprise CV-6. At the Battle of Midway between June 4 and June 7, 1942, its aircraft sank** three of the Imperial Japanese Navy’s best aircraft carriers, and the sister ship USS Yorktown took out the fourth, leaving the rest of the Kido Butai armada limping back to Japan from what was supposed to be certain Japanese victory.
