Coffee in Thirty Seconds with the Oxo Barista Brain (long discontinued), the best regular coffee maker I’ve ever owned.
“Caffeine is a huge issue for people with migraines,” Jon Katz, founder of the migraine-friendly food brand Amia, says. “Caffeine is known as a vasoconstrictor, which means it constricts blood vessels in the brain. The interesting thing is that migraines happen when blood vessels dilate, so the caffeine actually helps alleviate an active attack, but then it causes rebound when the caffeine wears off.”
I read this with some reluctance, since I like coffee. But I have to admit they make a good point.
This super cute #sloth is the unsung hero of the #ESA #GoJuice telecast. #GoJuice #OhHurryUpJerry

My brilliant rocket engineer colleague, @RocketKate , giving everyone the current status of the #JUICE launch on Ariane 5 VA260 from Kourou, at the press briefing at the European Space Operations Centre #ESOC.
Our science bit comes soon … 👍
Morning – rise & shine 🚀
Big day for ESA & the space science community, as our #JUICE mission to study Jupiter & its icy, ocean-bearing moons is 7 hours from lift-off in Kourou.
Plenty going on at the European Space Operations Centre here in Darmstadt too – lots of media, guests, & ops activity.
Doing Deutsche Welle at 9am CEST, the BBC later, & much else I’m sure. Plus the press briefing, the VIP & staff stage programmes, & spacecraft deployment image processing later 😰
