Many people experience miracles in groups.
Jesus happened to be one of them, and people at that time blew it out of proportion to fit their narrative.
The "scriptures" don't match. You can see the claims ratcheting up from Matthew to John.

Everyone believes what they are doing is right at the time they are doing it. How could anyone find fault with that? God loves everyone. We are here to learn, but in our own ways and time.

I support everything the Freedom from Religion Foundation (@FFRF) does. I'm a "none," but I've encountered God in many ways over many years.
No one should be afraid to become a "none." It doesn't mean you can't believe in God. It means religion is a man-made institution.

As I experienced overwhelming love for my children and began to honestly love myself, I began to see God in action in my life, and through my willingness to listen and respect their needs, in theirs.
I write about it, but it's a hard sell since many people have been led to believe that women and their children are not interesting subject matter.
