And to be clear when I say this, except for the milk I’ve finished none of these things. The kitchen, washing, back deck, the blocked sink I’ve forgotten about are all in differing states of being tidied.

I’m not sure what the hell to make of it, always had issues with trying to do lots at once but always figured it was just my brain being funny (and I was right)
