At the upcoming Common Council meeting on Wednesday, July 10, elected officials will vote on whether the City of #Ithaca will opt in to Good Cause Eviction legislation.

If passed, #GoodCause legislation would guarantee lease renewals for all tenants and would protect tenants from unreasonable rent hikes.

Apologies for the paywall, but establishment Dems have failed the working class once again.

By mid-week it was looking like #GoodCause would pass and had the votes, but then they mysteriously bent the knee to big landlords.

We will have to get more leftists in, and try again.
