Nach einem Update von #Goodnotes6 (lief sauber bisher) auf mit #jamf verwalteten iPads rutsch GN trotz korrektem/aktuellem Lizenzschlüssel wieder auf GoodNotes5 zurück. Kennt ihr das auch bzw. habt ihr Tipps, wie das zu umgehen ist? #FediLZ
Is it because the methods are different? I have personally switched from #GoodNotes5 to #GoodNotes6 without any issues, but when it comes to iPad... why not use iCloud backup instead? The approach seems rather peculiar to me. (I'm not an IT person.) @GoodnotesApp

I don’t like the licensing scheme for #GoodNotes6. AppStore purchases cannot be shared anymore and it also requires a GoodNotes account. This does not work anymore with my setup. I use different iCloud accounts for work and personal use. All my apps, I purchase with my personal account and share them via family sharing with the work account. This way I have all purchases in one account.
Now I have to consider if it’s worth it anymore.

He estado probando la mas reciente actualización de #Noteshelf3. Si pueden EVITENLA.
He tenido infinidad de problemas con la aplicación desde que actualicé: los documentos previos no abren, y ni siquiera es posible el exportarlos como PDF para recuperar su contenido.
Ya hay ticket abierto, esperando una solución.
Mientras tanto, sigamos con el confiable #GoodNotes5 que sigue siendo una delicia de usar.
No migré a #GoodNotes6 porque considero que no aporta nada nuevo a mi flujo de trabajo.
As a user who paid for Goodnotes 5 for a lifetime. I feel cheated when I had to pay again for Goodnote 6.
I guess this a wake up call to look for an alternate.
#Goodnotes6 müsste sich doch eigentlich auf per #jamf verwalteten iPads per Update installieren, wenn man einen entsprechenden Lizenzschlüssel (for Institutions) hat, oder übersehe ich etwas? Danke für Tipps und Hilfe #FediLZ 👋
I think automatically correcting misspelled words is not a good idea. Mistakes are important parts of our history. If you want to fix those words, you can cross them out with a double line and write the correct spelling above. That way, even your weak spelling will be highlighted on the notes. #goodnotes6

Sincerely, I strongly disagree with this upgrade arrangement, but I still continue to support GoodNotes. I hope that their team will not disappoint me. #GoodNotes #GoodNotes6
Besonderheiten für Schulen bei GoodNotes6:

- KI nur auf dem Gerät und nicht in der Cloud.
- Optionen können abgeschaltet werden.
- Wasserzeichen beim Export.
- „Exam Prep Courses“ sind fertige Kurse, die auf Englisch über dem GN-Marktplace zur Verfügung stehen.
Aktuell teste ich gerade #Notability und #Noteful an meinem iPad Pro als Alternative zu #Goodnotes6. Und ich kann mich schwer entscheiden.
Noteful hat eine gute Ordnerstruktur die Notability einem nach wie vor nicht bieten möchte und kennt sogar Tags was mir gefällt. Es schreibt sich auch sehr angenehm.
Dafür kann Notability aber farbige Thematiken machen und handgeschriebenes in Text umwandeln was Noteful nicht kann.
Hier der Hinweis wie mit #edu Lizenzen in einem #MDM umzugehen ist.
Geht wohl auch ohne Account?
