It's such an unseasonably nice day here for February that I opened up a #beer to match. This "33" Oregon Pale from #GoldDotBeer fits the bill, a golden lager brewed for Market of Choice. It's made exclusively with Oregon malt and hops from #GoschieFarms, celebrating the bounty of Oregon's Willamette Valley. Cheers!

Portland’s #LivingHäusBeer brewed up #FreshHop Cole IPA in collaboration with #HumbleSeaBrewing using fresh Centennial hops from #GoschieFarms, and the result is a bright IPA that’s piney, dank, and herbal. It’s a nice addition to the fresh hop fridge this year. Cheers! 🍻

Another outstanding #FreshHop #beer this year from #CruxFermentationaProject, Fresh Is Best Fresh Hop IPA. Brewed with fresh #GoschieFarms Centennial hops, it has aromas of wet evergreen forest and chlorophyll, and pops in the flavor with fresh, herbal pine notes and a hint of orange peel. Cheers! 🍻

Fresh is Best Fresh Hop IPA from Crux Fermentation Project of Bend, Oregon. It's a can that while the background is black, overall it exudes "green" with a stylized hop flower and various symbols.

This #FreshHop Lager from #LevelBeer is brewed with fresh Tettnang #hops from #GoschieFarms, and I really enjoyed it! The hops impart a spicy, almost minty character with a note of tobacco. It’s a really nice use of the fresh Tettnang hop and a highlight so far. Cheers! 🍻

Fresh Hop Lager from Level Beer of Portland, Oregon. The can is mostly blue with a terrain elevation line type pattern and the name of the beer is in big retro font lettering. The beer itself is pale golden and bright.

For my tenth #FreshHop #beer (10! Already! Can you believe it?), I enjoyed Fresh Hop Deadline Day from #AwayDaysBrewing, a pale ale brewed with fresh Centennial hops from #GoschieFarms. I found it to be fairly mellow with a bit of grassy chlorophyll character from the hops. Cheers! 🍻

A Fresh Hop Deadline Day Pale Ale from Away Days Brewing of Portland, Oregon. The can is decked out in red and orange colors, and the beer is pretty into my go-to fresh hop beer glass, which has a bulbous top with a narrow base and says (in worn letters), "Fresh hops on the pond." It was the tasting glass from the original festival of the same name hosted annually by Bend Brewing Company.

This #FreshHop Pilsner from #OccidentalBrewing of #PortlandOregon is a nice one, brewed with fresh Hallertau hops from #GoschieFarms that give it a subtle spiciness and a fresh herbal-floral note. I believe it's the first fresh Hallertau hopped #beer I've had this year. Cheers! 🍻

And just like that, it's #FreshHop season! My first fresh hop #beer of the year is Fresh Hop Eliot IPA from #ExNovoBrewing with an assist from #LazyDaysBrewing of Portland. It's brewed with fresh Centennial #hops from #GoschieFarms and it's pretty fresh, canned only 10 days ago. Cucumber peel is one of the flavors I'm getting out of it, which is pretty distinctive.
