I'm being prescribed what may be an experimental drug that doesn't have a Generic yet.
Anti-anxiety meds
I need an antidepressant that does NOT make you tired all the time.
I quit Ozempic and embraced feeling healthy over striving for thinness (Makan: Horrible article by NPR.)
Too much magnesium makes me sad and cry
Hackman's Hantavirus, H5N1, and Mystery Virus in Congo (Makan: What does everyone think of this channel?)

Just a few extra hours to travel by train from #Glasgow to Utrecht after attending #AMEE2023, a large-scale conference on #healthprofessionseducation #HPE Met many old friends (such as @vhmdale) and got acquainted with new ones. It is such a dynamic field. Our pre-conference, on adapting to different cultures, was received well. Plans for next year activities related to #lifelonglearning #CPD are in brainstorming stage already 😀
#AcademicReading today was two episodes of Medical Education Podcasts while driving.
I particularly enjoyed Kinnear talking about his review article on Argumentation Theory and #StudentAssessment #Validity. Having waded through the article recently, it was good to hear the background and vision for the future. Will recommend to my assessment project team as a good intro to this deep article I had already mentioned to them.
When making research choices - design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting - how conscious are you of the legacy of social science research's impact on minorities?
