Soooo anyway...54° (cringing btw we're still using °F ...blame the locals) and ambient humidity up past 75% so this is about as close to a wintery "cold snap" sorta feeling we've gotten at dusk (when there is still some fading light). If there's some random parameter other than memory at work being evocative so be it. Accompanied by cold beer (#Terrapin #Hopsecutioner, #exceptional) This is as close to evocation of #Winter these parts have seen at reasonable hour for the impending #NewYear

First sip is pretty darn good. It's a lot drier on the finish and then I expected. Maybe the dryness is trying to cover up for the bitterness that would normally be coming with all these hops
