Holy moly -3c forecast for tonight, I’ll be snuggling down & sleeping in - if I’m lucky🍀. We rarely get this low.
Good quiet day today. I did the best yoga based Balance class & am starting to figure out the new Les Mills app a bit better. I also got to spend a little time in the garden but not for long as it was pretty damn cold even though I was double layered. Minor jobs done. I think Praying Mantis must be hatching, I found a little baby on Crepe Myrtle twig. I love these little insects, awesome wee things. #Winter #Exercise #LesMills #GardenBugs

Good morning tooters. What a difference a day makes. No gorgeous sunrise this morning. I guess the sun must be up but it’s so foggy you’d never know it. It’s even slightly misty in my own garden 😃 & I can’t even see a glimpse of the eucalyptus tree at the end of my street. It was -2c when I got up & it’s now +2c but feels colder. It’s supposed to get to 13c - we will see.
No plans to go out at all today, a quiet’ish day at home just puttering around. I should feed my sourdough starter & prep for making bread making sometime in the next couple of days.
I do plan an exercise class this morning as well, probably balance would be a nice way to end the week. I’ve managed to get some exercise in most days this week which is great as other aspects of life often get in the way, especially lately.

Finished my work early today so went for a walk at Kalk Baai harbour. This is one of my favourite places. Got rained on! Felt good.
