To this, #Proudhon proposes a strategy equivalent to #Clisthenes: a #Federation, but the #Proudhonian version is bottom-up and #Free (#Mutualism), not top-down like in #Athens. #Proudhon also proposes the idea of a #MinimalState, which could ensure #Federalisms, and maybe be mandated (the only indefinite mandate) for #IntergenerationalTransmission (my suggestion).

I am an applied microeconomist with broad research interests in #HealthEconomics and the economics of #HumanCapital (labour and education) based at #UAM, Madrid. Previously I was A/Prof. at Lancaster, UK, and a post-doc at the Centre for Health Economics at York, UK. I hold a personal fellowship focused on the #IntergenerationalTransmission of #RiskyBehaviours.
