A feature I would *love* to see in Ivory (the Mastodon client): the ability to have the client show your personal notes about people inline in your feed, perhaps below their name/handle.

This would be of immense help to my ADHD brain as I’d have pertinent details about individuals right there.

I can't recall what features Mona has over Ivory. Aside from theming.

Finally, I can use this account on Ivory without having to use the Web UI, which is a reason why the alt-account have been sitting there unused for months.

Only took a little over a year or rather close to 2 years to get up to this point.

Once again so happy with the way muting/filtering is handled in #IvoryApp — letting me choose the duration is so good for so many use cases, from “this joke is funny but it’s eating my timeline” to “I need a day off from this news” to “I haven’t watched the new episodes of [show] yet but I will have in a few days.” I wish I had this capability on every platform!

@ivory I have a post that currently is at 7 boosts and 7 faves, and they are all showing up as separate notifications. I thought Ivory could group these? It isn’t.

Did I already mention, that #IvoryApp supports AES 128 GCM notifications since version 2.3.2. With that PN from #GoToSocial are also supported. Thanks to the @ivory team.

1) On my Mastodon account I've got it set the filter languages to only show posts in English. However I do see posts in languages other than English.

2) Is there any signs of the notifications (in the Mac app) getting grouped (Likes, Boosts, etc)

My Home feed in Ivory app stopped updating. The last post I see is 1 day old. My Local and Federated feeds though update just fine. What could be the problem anyone?

Despite how much I loathe subscriptions, I keep returning to @ivory.

The iOS app for Mastodon alone is incredible, but the macOS app hits like old-school Tweetdeck and I've yet to find another one that even comes close.

Well-worth the equivalent of ~$2/month for iOS, iPadOS + macOS.

Is there at least one other #fediapp App on #iOS that actually works than the #mastodonapp ? I got no timeline update since hours on #IceCubesApp and #ivoryapp . had problems with #metatext and the two others with notifications as well #fedihelp

speaking of ios #ux, the recent changes to #IvoryApp have added an extra tap to access a list - why? the previous setup worked perfectly: select a list from the 'Lists' button, and subsequently get that list every time until you select a different list.

Is there a way in Ivory to stop all Boosts in the Home feed? I notice that I can filter to show only boosts, but not to exclude them 🤔 @ivory

@ivory Sent over a note that since the 15.0 macOS upgrade my #ivoryapp on #macOS keeps incrementing the alert counter (it never resets). Never heard back on my email...so I am not sure it made it to you. Anybody else having that issue? I can temporarily reset it by removing it from the dock, but it will come back to the same counter after any new alerts.
