#Colorado #Republicans want to pause their federal #lawsuit against the state's #SecretaryOfState until they figure out who's in charge of the party, court records show.
The #ColoradoRepublicanParty on Thursday filed a motion to modify scheduling in their suit against #JenaGriswold in which they ask for a four-month delay to deal with an internal political battle.

"I do believe that states should be able under our Constitution to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists. And, ultimately, this decision leaves open the door for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation. But we know that Congress is a barely non-functioning body, so ultimately, it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November."

I followed up on death threats to Colorado Secretary of State #JenaGriswold after reading @foser article on how the media is disconnected from threats to judges & election officials.
Still no arrests on her #Swatting attempt from over a month ago.
Her request for more funding for security for her office was rejected.
There were 2 arrests from earlier threats. One led to 2 years probation the other 18 months in prison.
When threats aren't seriously prosecuted it sends a message, Keep doing it!
