He's tearing his shirt and his chest apart. His skin is torn apart, revealing his ribs. There are maggots and a snake crawling out from behind his ribs on the left side of the image. There are a couple of flies flying away from his chest near the maggots. The snakes head is in front of his right hand. There are flowers falling and bursting out of the right side of his chest. There are butterflies flying away from his chest, mirroring the positions of the flies. The background on the left side is white whereas the right side is completely black. The mans shirt is blue, His hands are pinkish yellowish. His ribs are white. The flies are mostly blue. The maggots, butterflies and flowers are a mix of yellow, orange and red. The torn skin is bright red.

The position in which the character is, while ripping his chest apart is similar to how superman rips his shirt apart to reveal his iconic "S" symbol.

On 13 September 2023, Rail Enforcement Division (#BKR) of the Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) has carried out a visit to Traction Power Substation (#TPSS) Jinjang.

This is following a complaint received from Rapid Rail Sdn. Bhd. (#RRSB) related to the illegal draining of water by the adjacent restaurant.

Further action was discussed.
