I have a very specific problem related to the transportation of takeaway coffee.

Tried a new #cafe in #London which primarily does #TakeAway drinks (so only uses #Disposable cups.

We took along our 2 #KeepCup mugs - which was fine. They made us an enjoyable #FlatWhite #Coffee

But.... apparently we were the first customers in their 6 months who have brought a KeepCup with us! Pre-pandemic #ReUsable take-way cups were getting popular and now it seems their use has plummeted. Is this your experience? What do you think?

Tada! Resetting my #KeepCup's "plastic memory" by soaking it in boiling water and letting it air cool and dry overnight has stopped the leaks. And I'm as happy about it as Jet was that he got a treat for posing for my photo. 🥳 #HappyCustomer

The other day I tooted about my leaky #KeepCup, and they responded, inviting me to email customer service. I received a nice response with a link to their FAQs page. And tonight I will try resetting the lid's "plastic memory". 🤞
