I woke up sore so I know it’s going to be a long day for me. 😏 I’ve got a chiropractor appt here after a bit then it’s off to the office. Who knows what the Monday will have in store.

Currently having my morning coffee routine then it’s off to my chiropractor appt. After that it’s gonna be work.

Any good plans for today and the weekend? I just have the regular work today. Although I am working from home today as I am not feeling all that great. I need my "comfy chair".
This weekend, we have a religious assembly (tomorrow). Other than that, not much is going on this weekend.

What have we got planned for today? I woke up with my back in hella pain. The pain I feel when I’ve slipped in out. 😔 Not sure what I might have done n my sleep.
Already took my daughter to practice and am now at home on heat. I’ll be staying home today resting. I have my heated massager on my back right now and am drinking some coffee. Hopefully I can get my back under control.

Currently at my daughter’s tennis practice as I am every weekday morning. Then I’ll be heading up to the hospital to check on my mom. I’ll be hanging out with there for the day.

I’m currently at my pain dr appointment, it’s just my regular checkup. Then I’ll be picking my dad up to go to Lubbock for his appointment. At some point later in the day, probably go checkup on my mom though my brother will keep me updated.

I took the day off to be with my dad since mom got admitted to the hospital yesterday. Gonna see how today goes with her and everything.
Currently waiting on my tire to get fixed. Has a nail in it. 😒 What a way to start a Monday. At least I have my coffee.
