I am a lazy baker, but I love focaccia... so I use frozen bread dough with remarkably tasty results.

Baked focaccia using frozen bread dough. The top is decorated with parmesan cheese, tomato halves, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, baby bell pepper slices, and chives.Before baking: the focaccia uncooked, the top decorated with previously mentioned toppings just before it goes into the oven.
