STORIES OF THE COAST…
Always changing but always the same. I'm borrowing those words from G Wayne Thomas off the Morning of the Earth album because they fit this town I'm writing about. What I mean is that the town is changing but here and there you can pick up the vibe of the place it once was and maybe, here and there, still is.
Is it the same with other towns? I guess so. All it requires to pick up the past in the present is having known the place. And, yes, I did know this little coastal town because my partner worked there I would drive her van to and from it to drop her off and pick her up after work.
Anyway, this is a story about remembering.
