#LifeDrawing log: between continued disturbed sleep and recovering from a strained back, I nearly didn't go to the first one back this year tonight, but I'm glad I did. It was a model I enjoy drawing and I was less rusty than I imagined I would be. Also had a new brush pen from my birthday which is always lovely to use as it flows so well.

The second of the long ones was the rarest of things: a simple standing pose, allowing me to focus on technique and detail rather than getting the pose down (even if it does up the pressure to nail the pose).

Chef's special was the drip exercise again, which I'm increasingly interpreting freeform rather than taking "imagine the line a droplet of water would take" literally. I prefer what I come up with when I do that.
