I picked up the SciFi corridor mesh from Daz, onsale at $1.99, here's the quick and dirty retextured version in #Lightwave3d.

Momentan hab ich mehrere 3D-Druck Projekte in der Mache.
Eins davon sind Hexagon-Felder für an die Wand. Ich hatte das in verschiedenen YouTube Videos schonmal gesehen, zum Beispiel beim 8-Bit Guy (http://youtube.com/@The8BitGuy)
Ich will aber keine durchgehende Wand damit, sondern einzelne, miteinander verbundene Elemente, die von Innen mit programmierbaren LEDs beleuchtet werden (ja, ich mochte schon immer bunte Lichter ;-) )
Eigentlich so, wie die Nanoleafs, nur halt selber gemacht.
Ich hab dann mit #lightwave3d so ein Element entworfen und ein paar Prototypen gedruckt, um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen, wie es an der Wand aussieht, und was eine gute Größe ist. Da ich grad noch nicht weiß, wie ich die Elemente zusammensetzen werde, sollten sie flexibel sein, weshalb ich mir ein Stecksystem ausgedacht habe, womit ich an allen Seiten weitere Elemente anfügen kann.

The release of the Tron:Ares trailer (which I'm still conflicted about) re-ignited my interest in the universe. Working with Flynns Lightcycle from Legacy. Lots of tweaking to do as it's not quite glowing enough.No idea where it'll end up but the journey will be fun. #Lightwave3d

I will be working on a new version, with moving human figures, and all 6 sectors done and different. (This loops after 3 sectors). I'll probably use a render farm for the 4k full length version
But for now, I need to do some work for customers.
