#GifsArtidote: this is the kind of thing i'm aiming to do for my recovery. i love their dynamic & sense of humour. i am going on my bike tho & by myself. my aim is wild camping but i likely have c-ptsd from squatting & a particular wild camping occasion i will talk about in a future article. @ the moment i am preparing myself & working towards this goal. i am also considering starting vlogging. i am shitting myself just thinking about putting my face out there, & my big mouth & attitude in particular. but i think it'll be very good to #SeekDiscomfort & work on my self.
