With ~12 minutes before the cert expired, my colleague finally renewed the cert.
This was an avoidable situation, had the rest of the team access to the APNS cert controls in our management platform, and had the colleague not deleted the Apple Account in ABM.

APNS cert expires in ~6 hours.
