In this series, I highlight Magic cards that stand out to me.
Today’s focus: Sovereign Okinec Ahau, one of my favourite commanders. At first glance, it seems like a typical counter commander, but it also synergizes with anthems like Anthem of Champions and Unnatural Growth, or cards with low base power like Botanical Brawler. My aim is to make my creatures as big as I can.
The downside is you have to attack, so if it gets removed, it might be too small to survive.

Today’s focus: Phyrexian Obliterator, a card that excels as an attacker, few players dare to block it. Its ability is especially brutal against decks light on creatures, and it thrives in devotion-based strategies or decks that can repeatedly damage it without killing it.
The main drawback? Its steep cost: four black mana.
Taking TCG game footage and making it into something that's snappy is a lot of work, you have to cut a lot of small pauses, it's worth it, but it takes a lot of time #MtG #Lorcana

You know what, Turtles Prerelease Sealed was fun, and we actually had more people than I thought we would, considering that apparently some other stores in the area saw absolutely no interest.
